IOUserEthernetController causes frequent kernel panic on new M1 MBP with Mac OS 11.1

Hi,

I've been using my new Apple Silicon M1 Macbook Pro for a few weeks now.

But I've already experienced a few times a kernel panic, always with the same reason:

panic(cpu 1 caller 0xfffffe00273aca38): "busy timeout[0], (60s): 'IOUserEthernetController', 'IOUserEthernetController'"

I can't tell for sure, but it may have started after I upgraded MacOS from 11.0 to 11.1. At least I do not recall seeing the crash before the upgrade.

All I know is that it now happens more or less once per day, which is kind of frustrating.

Anyone else is seeing this on their new M1 machine ?
