Apple Watch Series 6 in Sauna?

Can you wear Apple Watch Series 6 in Sauna? It should be water resistant but I am not sure about the temperature. Has anyone experience with this?

I generally recommend not doing it. The heat could, theoretically, melt the glue and adhesives which effects water resistance.
