Hello
I had a subscription on the app master class, and after I transferred to a new phone I wasn’t able to access this subscription, yet it still shows on my subscription list.
I contacted MasterClass and they wanted the receipt of my purchase after failing to find any information about this purchase. And they advised me to contact apple to get an evidence of paying for this subscription

Once you locate the purchase in the list, tap on it. Then, on the following screen you should see a 'Resend' button at the bottom. This will send another copy of the receipt via email.
