App Download
I am trying to download a free app, but when I double click to confirm the app download I am getting Payment not completed.
I am unsure what the problem is, as I have updated my card details and the app is free

We understand you're not able to download an app. Some apps, including free app require a valid payment method on file. Check out the following article that can help:

Specifically the section "If you have an issue when you download apps"
Also, Change, add, or remove Apple ID payment methods
