My Apple Watch won’t reset and I’m locked out

To unpair and erase watch and remove Activation Lock.

On a computer, go to iCloud.com and sign in with your Apple ID.

Go to Find Iphone.

Select All Devices, then click your Apple Watch.

Click Erase Apple Watch.

Select Next until the device is erased.

Click the remove button next to your Apple Watch.

Thanks, I was able to reset the watch through Find iPhone.

strange the watch was not associated to the new iPhone and disappeared from the old one and the menu on

the watch had no effect. For info it is an Apple Watch 2.

I have the same problem and this page doesn’t help, instead of showing a menu to reset the watch it just restarts it
