Apple repair lost my iPad
Anyway to receive escalated support? I sent in an iPad for repair under the warranty. When they shipped it back it went to the wrong address. Apple is blaming FedEx and said that I need to do resolve it with FedEx. When I call FedEx they say Apple is the customer and they gave them the wrong address and they need to fix it.
Am I just screwed by both these companies. Honestly Apple support/customer service is the worst I have ever experienced.
