I NEED HELP!!!!!!! cannot charge ipad, cannot see serial number

Hello. I was looking for something else but I saw your dilemma. Here is a link to help: https://9to5mac.com/2019/07/02/find-serial-number-ipad/ However, I looked on the back of my 7th Gen iPad as well. The serial # is engraved but it's so tiny I had to use the magnifier on my iPhone to see it. You might try that or a normal magnifying glass. I don't know what else to do to help you with the charging problem but at least this might help you on that search.
