Does Apple repair volume buttons for IPhone 12 mini?

When I bought the mini, I noticed that the volume down button was below the height of the up button, didn’t bother me at first but now after a month of use the down button lacks a strong click like the up one has, I’m worried it’ll get worse over time. If this is covered by the warranty, does Apple repair the volume buttons or will they replace the phone? I want to keep using this phone and not have to transfer data if possible

Honestly not sure if they replace or repair but perhaps calling in to Apple Support can give you absolute answers. It’s highly possible they would replace it but if the store or repair facility you go to ha the parts they might be able to fix it. You would still need to do a full backup just to be sure you have your data in case it’s lost.

Wow just bought the iPhone 12 mini 3/5/21 same problem dude my volume buttons are uneven this is a replacement I will be sending it back the first iPhone 12 mini on 3/2/21 came with two scratches right out of the seal apple box .I will be returning and staying with my SE 2

and putting my 900.00 dollars back in my pocket..Apple can’t be charging close to 1k for a iPhone with uneven volume buttons
