I recently bought MacBook Air (M1, 2020), and I had a 61W charger from previous MacBook Pro.

Then can I use 61W charger as well for MacBook Air (M1, 2020)?

MacBook Air 13″, macOS 11.1

Yes. Using a larger power adapter will not harm it.
