If your hearing aid has bluetooth then yes you should be able to. First, check the hearing aid's manual to learn how to put them into pairing mode. Then follow Apple's instructions in https://support.apple.com/guide/mac-help/connect-a-bluetooth-device-blth1004/mac
I'm wondering that myself as I'm in the age group (66) where I just began using hearing aids (love them) but mine are old school and do not have bluetooth. Too many loud motorcycles and music when I was young I guess.
