I got a iPhone 11 of my friends daughter who is deceased at the time after purchasing the device. Her account is linked too the phone still as you know I can’t reach out too ask for the information needed too unlock the phone. So what do I do can you help
You will not be able to do anything and Apple will not be able to help. Return the iPhone to the family because without the requested Apple ID credentials, that iPhone will continue to have the activation lock.
