SAFARI CAN'T OPEN THE PAGE

Safari can't open the page. Because safari can't establish a secure connection to the server.

I get this message when trying to log-in to my TDameritrade account on my MACBOOK Air.

But I am able to log-in on my phone without a problem.

What can I do to be able to establish a secure connection on my MACBOOK Air?

MacBook Air 13″, OS X 10.10

Either Safari and Google are concerned about security so they protect your access to web pages which may not have the necessary cryptographic standards. I've seen dozens of solutions to this issue, but the solution was to install a kind of

VPN which uses DNS service to rise the protection when you access those unsecure web pages. Since I installed WARP 1.1.1.1

in my Mac, everything is working again.
