HELP cant get into my IPhone 7 plus

my boyfriend ( now ex) stole my phone. He knew all my passwords to literally everything. He had recently gotten a newer IPhone and had gave mine to a buddy of his and his buddy changed everything on there. He shattered the screen and didnt have the money to fix it and he gave it to my friend to give back to me. I just got the screen fixed yesterday and when I got the phone from the repair shop it had said i needed to hook it to ITunes. I restored the phone and came to find out that they had changed all of my information on it. Now I cant get into my phone without his friends information and they wont give it to me. is there anyway i can get past this? can somebody please help me!!!!
