Apple ID problems

When I click on Apple ID on the phone it shows that information on account is unavailable. I can’t see devices that is connected to my account. The ICloud shows error too. What is happening with IPhones? So many problems with privacy security(((( and on web sites it shows that there is no device connected to my Apple ID. How could it be???
