Missing Coverage Details in About

Hi

Inside Settings -> General -> About - I can usually see coverage details on my iPhone. But the menu item is gone. My iPhone 11 Pro, is from the 1st of December 2020 so it should still be there.

I have tried to log in to My Support, where I can see my devices, an iPhone, MacBook Air M1 and my Apple TV 4K, but if I go under coverage details, it says that no details can be displayed at the moment. It's the same with my MacBook Air M1. It is from 18 December 2020

Does anyone know what is wrong?

Here is a screenshot from my iP11Pro:

Might just be a system glitch. Contact Apple Support so they can try to get this cleared up. If you have the support app on your phone go through it so you can request a call. It will let you know an approximate wait time if there is one and they’ll call you so you can troubleshoot with a rep. Or if there is a known issue they will be able to let you know.

Did you purchase it new back in December? If you’ve checked your Apple Support app and it still doesn’t show any details perhaps call Apple Support. It could be something as small as a glitch they need to work on or they may be able to explain if there is some other issue. You can also try restarting your device just to make sure it’s not resolved that way.

Yes, I bought it from brand new on December 1st through my carrier, so there have been no other owners. I have also tried restarting the phone a few times, have also tried flight mode on and off. I even did a full reset, just to try. But it did not help. The funny thing is, it HAS been there.
