unlocking iPAD
My iPAD is linked to an AppleID which I no longer have access to (that email address does no longer exist). How can I activate the iPAD which is now locked?

If you can't get back into that Apple ID, your only option is to supply Apple with the iPad's original purchase receipt. The activation lock is an anti-theft measure.
