Podcast help

I'm new to iTunes. I've been told I can access a podcast from a entity. How do I go about doing that with iTunes? Can anyone help? Thank you.

I don't know what you mean by 'entity'. If you have a link to iTunes from the creator of the podcast, that will lead you to a web preview, which has a link to iTunes/Apple Podcasts.

Otherwise you can search in iTunes by the name of the podcast.

They need to give you either an link to their iTunes Store page, if they have one, or a link to their RSS feed. This is often identified by this icon:

With the latter you can subscribe in iTunes or Apple Podcasts directly. There is an entry method in each to do this though I don't have access to iTunes and I don't remember how this is done In Apple Podcasts on Catalina it's File>Add a show by URL. If you can't find the equivalent in iTunes ask in the forum for that (also a good place to ask if you have any other queries: this forum is really meant for people who make their own podcasts).

Hi Roger,

Thank you your reply. Specifically, I'm trying to listen to a podcast from a organization or group that says their conversations can be listened to on a podcast vehicle via iTunes. Not sure how to download their website to iTunes so I can possible listen to the conversations. Or, if that is even the correct way to do it? Is there a detailed instruction of how to download a podcast from a web site or specific organization that states their conversations are available iTunes? Can you be of any help, Roger? Thank you.
