I have been trying to cancel an upgrade storage subscription plan that I had for my old iPhone 5SE for some time. Unfortunately, it does not come up on my current phone when I look under subscriptions and I and still being charged. Can you please tell me my next steps to canceling this subscription?

Did you have a different apple id on the old phone? If so, that is the apple ID you will need to use to cancel the service.

That's my question. I got an iPhone12mini & traded in my iPhone6. I transferred data from the old phone to the new phone & erased all the data on the iPhone6 before trading in. Does this automatically cancel the Storage Plan which I no longer need on the new phone??
