iPhone 12 extreme lens reflection

Just bought a new iPhone 12 today. love the phone but the camera obviously doesn’t have any anti glare coating on the lenses as whenever I take a picture with any significant light source, there is a mirrored image of it in the picture. Surely that’s not okay? I have never experienced this on other phones. I’ve seen some people say it’s normal but if so why don’t my other phones do it?

is there anything you can buy, like an anti glare protector? I’ve spoken to apple and they refuse to acknowledge this as an issue. I did a video that it won’t let me upload and it’s absolutely ridiculous and ruins the whole thing.

Has anyone found a solution to this yet, other than swapping it and risking the same issue?

Thanks.
