How do I find out if a so called warning from Apple support is real??

There is nothing to find out: Apple will never send you an email unless you may have a repair status update.
Besides, google the number - it is not Apple.

That one isn't. A message warning of malware in a Mac or iOS web browser will only be legitimate if it's in response to manually uploading a file.

These alerts are never "real".
I can confirm that the message is NOT from Apple.
