TRying to put Netflix on my iPad. Says need iOS 13. My iPad is iOS 10 and settings says my device is up to date? Does this mean I cannot update further?

Trying to pu Netflix on my computer and iPad. Requires ios13. My devices are iOS 10. Settings say no updates available. Is there a way to get to iOS 13?

If you have an iPad that is stuck on iOS 10, then that would mean that you probably have an iPad, 4th generation. That device will not update past iOS 10.3.3, or iOS 10.3.4 if cellular version. It does not have the capability to run a newer iOS. So, if you need the newer iOS, you will need to purchase a newer device. That is an 8 year old device, and you would be better served to purchase something newer.
