Sizing of ear tips for ear pod pro

Can you recommend a comparable ear tip that I can use?

The small size ear tip is still to large for my ear canal.

is apple making an extra small size I can purchase?

Air Pod Ear Size Do both the 2nd & 3rd generation air pods come with three different sized tips. The Standard size is always to big for my small ear canals? I am anxious to buy these, it they do come with three different sized tips Thank you,
