Norton 360

I have a 13 inch macbook pro (2020 model). I run windows 10 via parallels on an occasional basis. I have Norton 360 antivirus installed. Do I need Norton at all or should I just confine the application to run on Windows 10. Is there a better antivirus and general utility program to run rather than windows or should I just not run anything at all and rely on Mac OS security?

I can't advice you on Norton and Windows. However, you should never run any version of Norton on the MacOS. In addition to being unnecessary, it is a known cause of problems.
