Lost phone and blocking iCloud account
My husband lost his phone and can’t remember his iCloud password to block anyone from having access to his iCloud account what can we do to fix this problem

Use a web browser and open iforgot.apple.com enter the credentials to reset the Apple ID password see the article https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201487
