My apple watch series 3 says it is charging with the green symbol but when I go to it later and take it off it turns red and doesn’t turn on.... I have charged it for hours and maybe even a whole day... what is wrong with it?

it charges but then when I take it off it seems to have not charged at all... I also used the original Apple Watch charger that came with it but it still isn’t working

I kept it on the charger for 24 hours with it showing the green lightning bolt on the screen but as soon as I took it off the charger, it just kept switching back to the red lightning bolt and won't turn on. Won't force restart either.

My Apple Watch will not charge. It shows the red charge for a moment then goes back to normal watch face with no power lightning bolt in site and is in power mode. . Not sure of what to do. My Apple Watch seems not to charge. It is in power reserve mode and once connected to the charger it shows the big red power bolt for only 1 second then goes back to the regular watch face. I do not see any red or green power bolt showing on the screen. So not sure if it is charging or not. I have not had any problems before charging my watch. I have made sure the back is clean and charging cable is looking great. Tried to reset and the apple signal showed up. So not sure what to try next?
