What is the most recent Mac OS I can run on my 27 inch iMac, mid 2011, with 8 GB memory?
I am attempting to upgrade my Quicken software.

2011's can run High Sierra Mac OS 10.13.6 and nothing beyond that. If you need later versions of Mac OS, then it is time for a new(er) Mac.
