Apple Watch won’t turn on or stuck in loop

My Apple Watch asked if I wanted to erase all content and settings or cancel. When I hit cancel I just get a black screen or apple symbol and then it turns green. I have followed the other thread from 2020 and did a hard reset. I have also clicked on the watch to erase all content and now the watch is black again. When I press hard reset the apple symbol comes up briefly and then goes all black again. Can you help?
