Hello I see that problem connect the phone to the computer and it has to be iMac only. And when you connect it it will say do you want to cancel update? Then press yes. If it is not the update you need to reset the phone by holding down the volume up and power until you hear 2 beeps

it still stuck on the apple logo so what do i do
