Wipe my 12 pro max

I had to replace my 12pro max with another 12pro max. I've transferred everything from the broken one but how do I make sure the broken phone is "cleaned" when I send it back?

If you did everything in that article your phone should be displaying Hello in various languages on the screen.

so I had already followed this. But there seems no way to check it. The phone looks to be set to factory mode. Just want be sure nothing has remained
