My WhatsApp screen has frozen on a draft message message.

My WhatsApp screen has frozen and is stopping me from either closing the machine to reboot or to access WhatsApp. Any ideas

iPhone SE, iOS 10

As I can see in your original question, is your SE still running iOS 10? Should be this case, I would update it as soon as possible.
