Add WiFi calling even when your iPhone is not nearby

Hi,

So there are two categories,

1: WiFi Calling

2: Receiving calls on devices nearby (both devices need be nearby and on wifi and on same iCloud account)

and then there’s a third one which is hybrid between the two. It makes use of WiFi calling on other devices even when the original iPhone is not nearby (as shown in picture).

For me, the third hybrid option is not working. Just like turning on WiFi calling, it should take me to a terms and conditions page when triggered to turn on but apparently it fails in doing so. It tries to open a page but nothing comes on that page (as shown in the picture).

I’m using iPhone 11-Pro, iOS 14.3, and Simple Mobile network.

Things I have tried;

Resetting network settings,

Restarting,

Turning WiFi calling off and on,

Signing out iCloud account,

Calling Simple Mobile. (They probably don’t even understand this but says that WiFi calling is purchased from Verizon and it’s active on your number, which is true but they don’t know anything about this feature which is slightly different than just WiFi calling)
