Hi, I just purchased a MacBook Pro 2020 with a 2nd Generation Touch Bar and for some reason, there is no colour on the touchbar? All the emojis and colours are monochrome and it is completely in black and white. I don't know how to fix this- do I have to return it or can I fix it by myself?

Since your Mac is new, taking it back to the place of purchase and exchanging is a great idea. There could be something hardware related going on with the Touch Bar.

Thanks for your reply. Unfortunately the issue still happens despite me putting it in Safe mode and resetting the SMC. I have also experienced another problem where it often glitches and a black screen with different coloured lines comes up for a second and then it returns back to the homepage. I think there’s something wrong with the product and I will probably take it back to the store I bought it and ask for an exchange. Thank so much for your help and if there’s anything you recommend I should try before I get it exchanged then let me know. Many thanks!
