My iPhone stop Wireless charging after software update what should you do

Your profile shows that you have an iPhone 6s Plus with iOS version 12. As you may already know, wireless charging is not available on the iPhone 6s. If you have a different iPhone and running a different version of iOS then please clarify so that we can try and provide a different answer if applicable.

Try and Force Restart your iPhone EXACTLY as shown below and see whether that resolves the issue:

• Press and quickly release Volume UP button
• Press and quickly release Volume DOWN button
• Press and Hold the SIDE button until an Apple logo appears and then release the Side button (Can take up to 20 seconds. (DO NOT release Side Button when invited to Slide Power OFF).
