Attention! Your Apple account has been hacked!

Hi,

I was browsing a website and suddenly i got this message

'Your Apple account has been hacked! Soon you iPhone SIM card will be corrupt and it will damage your contacts, photos, data, applications etc.." and OK link below

I did not click on the OK link and immediately closed the website. i changed my Apple account password.

what should i do next ? How to make sure there is no wrong activity happened or going to happen on my phone? how to know if my account has been hacked

Please advice!
