Iphone 11 pro over heat

I ve been using the speak screen function on the webpage shown in safari screen. However, I feel this function drain a lot of pattern power in recent months. The phone turns hot quickly and the battery power drained within one hour. I don’t have such issue in the past years. It seems related to the software upgrade several months ago.
