i have done factory reset for my iphone, when i set it back and singing with my apple id, it says "apple id disabled for security reasons, to enable your account reset your password at applied.apple.com''

it showing me 2 options, first by email many times i tried but i never get any mail, 2nd by birthday it always says not right, theres something wrong and i cant login my apple id
