Airpods Pro wont connect to Apple Tvs

I am having a issue that I cant seem to figure out. I have 2 sets of AIrpods that work just fine with my iPhone and both show up just fine on my Apple Tv's as well. My Airpods Pro just wont connect. I open the case and It shows as a available connection but just times out when you try and connect. My second gen will connect just fine. I have tried deleting both pair out of iCloud and putting one in at time and still the same result. Even tried just having the Airpods Pro being the only pair connected and still wont connect. I was wanting to know if anyone has came across this issue and if they found a fix?
