I’m trying to verify my new debit card on Apple wallet, but I can’t receive the verification code because it keeps sending it to my old phone number and it doesn’t exist anymore. When I go to Wallet & Apple Pay>Transaction Defaults>Phone, it shows my correct current cell phone number.
Any help greatly appreciated!

Did you call the issuer of the card and make sure the number was correct there? Here is a link that will help if the bank has the right information too - Apple Pay Customers
When you go to settings>Apple ID (your name at the top)>Name, Phone number, emails>reachable at - is the number correct there too?
