Printers print one time on big sur then go offline!!!!! please help.

MBP 13 inch M1 2020 16gb Memory 1tb SSD connected to Brydge Stone 2 Connected to a generic multiport USB Hub. From the Hub are two usbA cables connected to my Brother MFC-7860dw and my Zebra LP2844. With my 2014 mbp connected to generic hub, i had no issues printing. When I added the 2020 MBP and the Brydge hub my problem began. I can print ONCE with no issue. then the printers BOTH show offline and I cannot get them back online without resetting the print system and reinstalling the zebra printer. (zebra is main use and brother auto installs). It prints perfectly one time. then shows off line. Sleep doesn't fix this. only restarting or reinstalling driver. Any help is greatly appreciated.
