How do I get the app

How do I get the App for the Apple and VA Health app. Instructions on the “how to” information says open Health app. I search for Health in the App Store the only one I see is the Dashboard for Apple Health App. Is this the right App to download.

The Apple Health App is built into the iPhone. It is not available in the App store at all.

Use Spotlight search or the App Library to find it.
