Now that you're able to restart the sync, and it completes as expected is great. This shouldn't be a step that you should take for that sync to complete though. Are you using a Mac or PC when syncing information to the iPhone? If you're using a Mac do you notice any other performance issues such as content loading slowly in other apps?
