Calendar pop up

My daughter was looking for Spanish help on her iPhone XR. She received a pop up that said “click this to put something in her calendar “. She closed it thinking that would get rid of it because she didn’t need anything in her calendar. Now it has downloaded a message that her IOS has been infected and she doesn’t know how to get rid of it...help!
