If your iPhone is connected to the Wi-Fi network produced by the router, the router's IP address can be found in Settings->Wi-Fi->Your wi-fi network's name. click on the (i) icon. Look for the address labeled "Router".


Otherwise, assuming no settings have been changed on the router and depending on router it is sometimes shown on the label on the back or underside of the router
