Is there not a keyboard for the 11 inch, 4th generation Pro?

There is no 4th generation iPad Pro 11. The newest iPad Pro 11 is the second generation that was released in 2020. There are keyboards that are made to be used by that model. See this link, https://www.apple.com/shop/ipad/accessories/keyboards?page=1&f=ipadpro_11_2020&fh=35d5%2B4c7a
