App Store, Big Fish Games

I bought a lot of games from the developer. Each explicitly states I am free to play them anytime but when I try for a second time I’m told they don’t recognize me. Others comment they have the same problem. What do you think I can do?

We understand that you’re experiencing issues with the games you downloaded from Big Fish Games on your iPad. It sounds like when you re-open the game to play again, the game doesn’t save your progress or recognize you as a previous user.
