Unlock phone with boost mobile
I have an unlocked iPhone 11 but Boost mobile said I have to download iTunes to update phone to use?

Welcome to Apple Support Communities. We understand that you have an unlocked iPhone that you want to use with Boost Mobile and was advised that you need to update your iPhone using your computer. We’re happy to assist.
Does your iPhone show that is locked to a carrier when trying to use it with Boost Mobile? Please go to Settings > General > About > Carrier Lock. Does it show SIM locked or No SIM restrictions?
