Just bought a wacom cintiq 21ux 1st gen display via ebey. I am having trouble downloading the driver off the wacom website. Its not loading. . . . I am pretty sure I downloaded the right driver for my mac.
I have a 17 inch macbook pro with el capitan installed.
Any suggestions ? . . . . . . .

From that screenshot it looks like you are trying to use the wrong Wacom download.
In my screenshots it clearly shows the correct one is the Wacom Tablet 6-3-15-.dmg
(from your screenshot it may be the third Wacom Tablet driver you downloaded)
is the one for your Cintiq 21UX First generation and El Capitan.
Follow my instructions above.
If you download the correct driver and it has still got stuck on Verifying try restarting your
mac in Safe Mode.

Enter Citiq 21ux and press Return you should then get the opportunity to select 1st generation
after that you should see this page,
click on Download Mac Driver.
This will take you to this page,
Click on Confirm Download,
this will download the Wacom tablet 6-3-15-3.dmg to your Downloads folder.
Double-click on this and it will open a Finder window,
Click on Install Wacom Tablet.pkg, this will open an installation window follow the prompts.
Click on Restart to install the drivers.
Make sure your tablet is connected directly to your mac, not through any USB hubs.
I am downloading the driver from the web site but Im not getting passed this loading screen.
