Hi I really need help in downgrading to Catalina, Because it messed up my dj system and I can't mix songs, have tried updating the pioneer software and the message I got is I have to downgrade to Catalina, so I can have my dj machine working again, so please I would really need your help

Restore your Catalina backups from prior to the Big Sur upgrade.
That’s the best approach, but not everybody has and keeps those backups.
Otherwise, you’ll need to wipe and start over with a new Catalina install.
Files that have been modified either by the Big Sur upgrade or after the upgrade by newer app versions may not be accessible after wiping and re-loading Catalina.
