I need to completely remove an iPad listed on my account that is not longer own

Go to ➔ www.appleid.apple.com and log with the Apple ID and Password that was used for the iPad. Once you are logged in then you can check the device list which shows all the devices that use the same Apple ID. Find the iPad in the list and then remove it from your account.
