MacBook Pro screen froze
my screen is frozen and there’s a swirly thing and it won’t let me click on anything except wifi at the top what should i do ?

Do you have unsaved work opened? If not, hold down the power button until the machine turns off. Wait a minute and then power it back up like usual.
